CLC MainWorkbench by Faculty of Science and Hospital of University Zurich

In August 2009 the Faculty of Science, University of Zurich (MNF) and the University Hospital of Zurich (USZ) purchased the CLC Main Workbench software package.

CLC Bio Main Workbench is a comprehensive software package for DNA-, RNA- and protein sequence analysis. The software is available for the following operating systems: MS Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

The license server is operated by the IT Services of the Department of Biochemistry.
